Redcliffs New Dwelling

This project’s inception started sometime in 2019, when our clients engaged ArchiTECH to design a single Garage on their property just around the corner. The reason being that they found it was required to assist them with selling the property. The drive behind this, was to enable them to build their next home on the newly acquired site.

We were then invited back in June 2021 and asked to take the lead in designing and coordinating the new build dwelling on their behalf.

Both Planning and Building Consent were attained over a 9-month long period, with construction starting in the Spring of 2022. A Code of Compliance was finally achieved in March of this year.

Our thanks go to our clients, Andrew and Dawn and Ivan of Fowler Homes, for them showcasing this work at the House of the Year Awards. This being ArchiTECH NZ Limited’s first involvement with Master Builders, and subsequently our first win!
